Tuber Aestivum Vitt extra-high quality. The precious white truffles balls are preserved with natural ingredients, such as the black truffle juice composed by water and salt and the particles of the truffle itself that come out during sterilization.

BLACK TRUFFLE SAUCE - TARTUFATA

This Tartufata Sauce (Truffle Sauce) is made with a wonderful blend of black truffles, champignon mushrooms, oil, vinagrette and spices.

Tartufata Sauce is an excellent addition to bruschetta, pasta, or use it to decadently braise a roast or pan-sauté chops. Also use it to make your favorite sauces.

This Truffle Sauce is made with a wonderful blend of black truffles, low-fat meat, milk and tomatoes.
